Global Citizenship Week 🌍
This week, our campus was buzzing with energy and excitement as students across all year groups embraced the spirit of global citizenship. From fun cultural experiences to hands-on learning, we celebrated what it truly means to be part of a diverse, interconnected world.
In the Junior School, students took a virtual trip to Japan diving into the world of origami, manga drawing, and traditional dance. They also explored the sport of Kabaddi, the national game of Bangladesh, building teamwork and having a blast!
The highlight of the week came on 1 May with our vibrant Global Food Fair. Students and families came together to share delicious snacks from across the globe—Sweden, Thailand, Germany, Japan, South Korea, China, France, USA, UK, Italy, Singapore, and Malaysia in a joyful celebration of culture and cuisine!
Meanwhile, in the Senior School, students baked homemade treats for the Bake Sale, and the Jumble Sale saw our whole community donate toys, clothes, and more to support local charities.
Over at the Theatre Plaza, Senior students led a fantastic Fundraising Fair, inviting local charities to set up booths while running games and selling goodies. Thanks to their dedication, our Global Social Leaders (GSL) groups raised an impressive 385,000 THB for causes they care deeply about.
A huge shout out to Ms Tanisha, our project lead, for organising this meaningful week. Her powerful message about global citizenship and environmental responsibility truly brought the whole experience to life!
