Dear Parents
After last week’s Wellington College Annual Review, this week it’s your turn, with the annual Parent Survey.
The survey will be open until the end of next Tuesday, 18 November. Please click HERE to access the form. It is written in English and Thai, and typically takes around 10 minutes to complete.
I will leave you alone now to fill it in!
Have a great weekend
With best wishes
Chris

Dear Parents
This week, our Year 1 to 6 Sports Days truly showcased the Wellington spirit, with children (and parents) keeping themselves healthy and active - whilst also having so much fun.
This year’s events featured exciting new additions alongside the traditional favourites, bringing our Welly PE Curriculum to life. We saw running events alongside golf, long jump paired with archery. We even had gymnastics - where teams worked together to create impressive poises and earn points. This ended up being a clear favourite for many students!
A huge thank you to our fantastic PE team for all your hard work on these events, and a special thanks to Mr Watson for his outstanding leadership and coordination throughout. It was a fantastic celebration of sport, inclusion, and the values that make our community so special.
I also today have some fantastic news from our recent Welly Walk. Through sponsorship and t-shirt sales, the Junior School raised over 250,000 Baht - an incredible total that will be shared between our partnership charities: Save Elephant Foundation, Second Chance Bangkok, and Chaiyapruk Foundation.
Our students walked an amazing 2,532 laps on that day, which equals 2,911.8 km. What an achievement! Well done to everyone who took part and supported this wonderful initiative.
Wishing you all a super weekend everyone.
Kind regards.
Hannah

Dear Parents,
This Thursday, we were delighted to welcome so many families to our Senior School Open Morning. It was a pleasure to see such strong interest in joining the Wellington College Bangkok community.
The morning began with a short presentation from me, outlining our vision for Senior School and the exciting opportunities ahead. Guests then enjoyed an excellent tour led by our Senior School Student Ambassadors, who represented the school with confidence and pride.
A special thank you to the Friends of Wellington (FoW) who joined us to share their experiences of life as a Wellington parent. Their warmth and honesty gave prospective families a real sense of the strong, supportive community that makes WCIB so special.
Feedback from visitors was overwhelmingly positive - they were impressed by our fantastic students, our beautiful campus, and the welcoming atmosphere created by our parent community.
I left the event feeling incredibly proud of our students, staff, and families. Thank you to everyone who helped make the morning such a success.
Best wishes,
Jane
