Dear Parents
If you have received an email about the new Line group, please do respond to it. The old QuickInfo Line group will be closed soon and useful or urgent information will be sent out via the new one. You will, of course, still be able to raise questions, which will directly pass to the appropriate person in this new system.
Last week I was very pleased to be able to spend a few minutes with our students who had recently received the national award for bringing honour or fame to the nation of Thailand. Many outstanding and very impressive achievements, on the world stage. Ambition, action and achievement are tightly linked – it’s never enough just to want something: you have to take responsibility for yourself and actually do something. Very well done to all the award winners. We are proud of you!
I wish you a peaceful weekend
With best wishes
Chris

Dear Junior School Parents,
I wanted to begin this week’s newsletter by sharing a new initiative in the Junior School - mainly because it is quickly becoming one of the highlights of my week! Each week, I spend time in different parts of the school meeting children who have been selected by their teachers to share and celebrate their learning. We talk together about what they have been doing, what they are most proud of, and why it matters to them. These special recognition times are all about acknowledging individual growth and celebrating personal achievements – and I can’t wait to find out who I will meet next!
A quick update on our wonderful Elephant Day held in the first week of term – we are delighted to share that together we raised over 20,000 THB in support of the Save Elephant Foundation - thank you for your generosity and enthusiasm. Do enjoy the lovely video we received here, showing our real‑life Wellephant - Chaba - and the incredibly inspiring Lek, in action. It certainly brought us all many smiles in school.
As we move further into the term, we would love to gather more feedback from families about how our communications, workshops, and learning updates are supporting you. Today’s survey is focused on our Friday newsletter – please do share your views using the link here. These new look newsletters have now been in place for a full term, and your reflections will help us understand what is working well, and also what you would like more or less of! Your voice truly helps shape our direction to ensure these have the greatest purpose for everyone.
Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership. It makes such a difference to the children and to our community. Wishing you all a restful weekend when it arrives.
Kindest regards,
Hannah

Dear Parents,
As we reach the halfway point of this half term, I am delighted to share some exceptional academic news that showcases the hard work, dedication, and high standards across the Senior School.
This week we recieved the news 100% of the students who sat the early IGCSE Mathematics examination in November received A* grades. This is a
phenomenal achievement and a testament not only to their commitment, but also to the strength of our teaching and the culture of academic rigour that continues to develop within our community. These students have embraced challenge, attended additional support and enrichment sessions, and demonstrated real perseverance - qualities that will serve them well as they progress through the school.
Our Year 13 students have also begun receiving their university offers, with many securing places on highly competitive courses. We look forward to sharing more details with you in the coming weeks as the offer season continues.
Thank you, as always, for your ongoing support.
With best wishes,
Jane |
